9 a.m. update: Rush hour wrap up

The rush hour ends with jammed conditions on southbound 35W between Lake Drive and Hwy. 88. Things have been slow to loosen up due to earlier wrecks. Better conditions for eastbound Hwy. 10 as traffic has thinned out from Hwy. 65 over to County J.

Westbound 36 slows from Dale Street to Snelling Avenue where a fender bender resides on the right shoulder. That is causing a 5-minute delay.

An object of some sort is blocking the southbound lane of Hwy. 169 just south of I-494 in Bloomington.

The rest of the system is looking just fine, but be prepared to hit the brakes on westbound 94 approaching Cedar Avenue and on 35E heading into downtown St. Paul from both the north and south.
