We also have persisiting congestion on westbound 494 from 35E to Hwy. 100 and on the Crosstown from 28th Avenue to Hwy. 100.
Look for road work on Hwy. 61 today from Lower Afton Road to I-94. Cable median installation continues.
Tonight brings lane closures in Spaghetti Junction on both I-35E and I-94 in downtown St. Paul. Look for that to kick in at 7 p.m., so getting out of the Capital city after the Wild game might take a bit longer than normal.
