The morning rush was littered with traffic accidents and congestion, and in some places things that is still the case.

I-494 both directions between Cedar Avenue and Hwy. 100 is about 12 to 14 minutes due to heavy traffic.

A crash on the right shoulder still has traffic slowing on eastbound 394 at Penn Avenue.

The wreck on westbound Hwy. 36 at Lexington Avenue is finally gone. But the delays still extend back to Dale Street. Give yourself an extra 5 minutes through there.

Things also are thinning out on Hwy. 10 through the work zone from Greenhaven Dr. to 7th Avenue in Anoka.

Look for pockets of congestion on the Crosstown in both directions from 28th Avenue to Hwy. 100 and on westbound 694 from Victoria St. to 35W.

Cedar Avenue northbound is starting to loosen from McAndrews up to the Crosstown. That is 10 minutes.
