We end this morning's rush hour with congestion on westbound 94 from 35W to the Lowry Hill Tunnel and on northbound 35W from 46th Street to downtown Minneapolis.

We also have a couple of fresh crashes. One is a rear-end wreck in the left lane on westbound 94 at Lexington Avenue. That is making the trip from downtown St. Paul to Minneapolis 20 minutes.

Steer clear of the lumber that fell off a truck and laned on the highway on the Mendota Bridge. I believe it's in the westbound lanes.

In Minneapolis, look out for a stalled vehicle in the left lane on eastbound 94 at Huron Blvd.

Crosstown westbound from 28th Avenue to Hwy. 100 is running at about 15 minutes.
