We end the rush hour and today's reports with congestion on eastbound 394 near Hwy. 100 and continuing all the way to downtown Minneapolis.
Westbound 94 also is sluggish between Dale Street and Snelling Avenue and again from Riverside Avenue to Park Avenue.
Slow downs continue in the work zones on 35E between Cedar Avenue and County 42 and on 694 in both directions from Victoria Street over to Hwy. 252.
