9 a.m. update: Rush hour wrap up

Traffic on westbound 94 heading into St. Paul at 35E is adding 10 minutes to the drive from Hwy. 61 to downtown St. Paul. Ahead, it is 25 to 30 minutes from Cretin Avenue over to the Lowry Hill Tunnel.

We end today's morning rush hour with a few tight spots and a couple of crashes.

You'll find delays on westbound 494 due to a wreck at France Avenue in Bloomington.

Traffic on westbound 94 heading into St. Paul at 35E is adding 10 minutes to the drive from Hwy. 61 to downtown St. Paul.

Ahead, it is 25 to 30 minutes from Cretin Avenue over to the Lowry Hill Tunnel. That's due to a crash on westbound 394 at Wirth Pkwy., which has traffic back up to 94.

Southbound 35W from Hwy. 280 to downtown Minneapolis is running below the posted speeds. Plan on 5 to 7 extra minutes there.
