The rush hours ends with traffic moving at a nice pace in most places. However, a few routes are still plagued with congestion.

The rush hours ends with traffic moving at a nice pace in most places. However, a few routes are still plagued with congestion.

Those include:
Westbound 694 from Central Avenue to Hwy. 252: 8 minutes.

Westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100: 19 minutes.

Northbound 35W from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis: 13 minutes.

Westbound 94 from Cretin Avenue to the Lowry Hill Tunnel: 15 minutes.

Crosstown in both directions between 35W and Hwy. 100: 12 minutes.
