The snarl on westbound 494 has loosened quite a bit and travel time are now half of what they were just a short time ago.
Still plan on a 30-minute drive from Dodd Road to Cedar Avenue. There's an accident at Penn Avenue. Look for one at Delaware Avenue as well.
In St. Paul, northbound 35E is heavy due to an earlier multi-vehicle crash on the Cayuga Bridge. Westbound 94 is still slow from McKnight Road to 35E. That is 20 minutes.
Add another 20 minutes to get to downtown St. Paul.
