MnDOT has shut down Hwy. 169 in both directions from Hwy. 19 to Scott County 3 due to mud and water that has overtaken the highway.
Apprently the intersection of Cedar Avenue and Minnehaha Pkwy. is under water. Traffic control is trying to help folks get through.

North metro
Southbound 35W from 95th Avenue to downtown: 28 minutes
Southbound 35E from County 96 to I-94: 13 minutes.
Eastbound Hwy. 10 from Hwy. 169 to 35W: 12 minutes
Westbound 694 from 35E to Hwy. 252: 11 minutes. Eastbound is 12 minutes.
