9 a.m. update: Crash on 694, lanes open on east 94 in St. Paul

Two right lanes of eastbound 94 heading into downtown St. Paul have just reopened as crews freed a van that is dangling over the freeway near 7th Street. A chain link fence was all that was holding he van in place.

The newest mishap on the system is a crash blocking the left lane of westbound 694 at Long Lake Road.

Two right lanes of eastbound 94 heading into downtown St. Paul have just reopened as crews freed a van that is dangling over the freeway near 7th Street. A chain link fence was all that was holding the van in place.

Look for a fender bender in the back up at Marion Street on the right shoulder.
