9 a.m. update: Crash knocks out traffic light in Eden Prairie

A semitrailer truck has crashed into the stoplights at Technology Drive and Praire Drive. The lights are down.

A semitrailer truck has crashed into the stoplights at Technology Drive and Praire Drive. The lights are down.

On southbound 35W, the ramp from 4th Street to the freeway is shut down as crews work to clear a crash on 35W on the Mississippi River bridge.

Hwy. 61 northbound from Carver Avenue to Lower Afton Road continues to crawl along due to a power outage affecting stoplights.

Eastbound traffic on 494 is coming to a standstill near France Avenue where there is a crash on the right shoulder.
