9 a.m. update: Congestion dissipating on 35W

Finally, the gridlock and congestion on southbound 35W through Mounds View and Shoreview is loosening.

Finally, the gridlock and congestion on southbound 35W through Mounds View and Shoreview is loosening.

Delays of up to an hour were reported earlier this morning as drivers slowed to take a look at the semi that rolled over on the ramp from northbound 35W to westbound 694.

Delays are currently only about 15 minutes from 95th Avenue down to Hwy. 280.

The ramp from northbound 35W to west 694 remains closed.

Elsewhere, things have returned to normal in most places.
