We end the rush hour in excellent shape with only one accident on the system. You will find that on westbound I-394 just prior to Louisiana Avenue in Golden Valley.

Scanner chatter indicates that there is a chunks of concrete in one of the lanes on eastbound 94 in the Lowry Hill Tunnel. Use caution.

There are pockets of congestion on westbound 494 between Cedar Avenue and Hwy. 100. That will cost you an extra five minutes.

There is word of part of a tire blocking a lane on I-94 at Lyndale Avenue in Minneapolis.

The other places drivers need to be on alert are in the work zones on Hwy. 10 in downtown Elk River, eastbound 694 from Hwy. 100 to Univeristy Avenue and northbound 35E from County Road 42 up to Cedar Avenue.
