Westbound 494 drivers are inching along literally from Dodd Road over to the Crosstown, making the drive from Woodbury to Bloomington 55 minutes or more.

The log jam does not loosen heading north from the Crosstown as a wreck at Bass Lake Road has traffic coming to a slow roll.

Eastbound 494 drivers will hit the skids approaching Valley View Road and ride the brakes all the way to Cedar Avenue.

In Minneapolis, look for a crash on eastbound 94 at Hwy. 280. That has traffic tight in the immediate area.

Westbound commuters will still need 40 minutes or more from Manning Avenue over to downtown Minneapolis.
