Crashes on eastbound 94 at Portland Avenue and southbound 35W at County Road D have cleared, but traffic is slow to recover.
Eastbound 94 is still bunched up back to Broadway and southbound 35W is tight from Hwy. 10 down to Hwy. 280.
Eastbound 394 has a few hiccups from Hwy. 100 to 94 due to the activity on 94 at Portland Avenue.
Needless to say, northbound Hwy. 169 is still jammed from County Road 18 up to Old Shakopee Road. That will be the case all day as road work continues.
In St. Paul, westbound 94 has some slow pockets past accidents at White Bear Avenue and Hwy. 61. Ahead, it's fine until you hit Riverside Avenue where things slow over to Park Avenue.
