We end the rush hour with tight traffic on eastbound 394. A three-vehicle crash is off to the right shoulder at Louisiana Avenue. Ahead, the remnants of a crash at Wirth Pkwy. is on the right shoulder.

Traffic jams up at General Mills Blvd., loosens near Hwy. 100 and tighetens again near Wirth. Plan on 12 minutes from Hwy. 169 to downtown.

The junk blocking a lane on southbound 35E at Little Canada Road has been removed. All lanes are back open.

On southbound 35W, a crash involving a Metro Transit bus is off to the right shoulder at County Road 96. Traffic slows past the scene.

Things are looking better on 694, but look for a brief delay in both directions approaching 35W.
