The tortoise-like commute show now sign of improving as tight conditions are keeping speeds down and travel times high.

Bumper and bumper traffic on eastbound 394 has the HOT lane rates now at $8. For those who can't use the carpool lane, it's still 24 minutes to downtown Minneapolis.

Traffic is snarled on westbound 694 from Hwy. 36 over to a crash at Hwy. 61.

Westbound Crosstown drags from 35W over to a crash at France Avenue where the left lane is blocked.

For a bit of good news, wrecks on southbound 35E at Little Canada Road and southbound 494 at Hwy. 55 have cleared and all lanes are open.
