9:30 a.m. update: Three lanes blocked on 35W in northeast Minneapolis

A multi-vehicle crash and spinouts have three lanes blocked on southbound 35W at New Brighton Blvd. Ambulances are on the scene.

Metro Transit says 85 percent of routes are back on schedule with those running behind averaging a 3 minute delay.

Be careful on Hwy. 610 in Brooklyn Park. Crashes reported at Regent Avenue and Hwy. 252.

A spinout has the left lane of eastbound 94 blocked at Huron Blvd. by the University of Minnesota.
