9:30 a.m. update: Still tough on 94 in the east metro

Accidents have cleared out and roads are improving for the most part.

Things are still tough on westbound 94 in the east metro with sizeable delays remaining from Hwy. 95 all the way to Marion Street.

Watch for a crash at Manning Avenue on the right shoulder. Things loosen a bit through the Midway but jam up again approaching the Lowry Hill Tunnel.

There is a little relief for southbound 35W drivers. The trip from Hwy. 10 to downtown Minneapolis is now down to 30 minutes.

I-694 in both directions is still plugged up from County Road 81 to 35W. That is still about 20 to 25 minutes.

Traffic is moving much better on southbound 494, 169 and 100 in the north and west metro.

In the south, 494 is 26 minutes heading west from Hwy. 110 to Hwy. 100. Eastbound is about 18 minutes.

The Crosstown is sluggish between Hwy. 100 and 35W, but looking good elsewhere.
