Things are starting to shake loose on northbound 35W, finally. Traffic is tight from County Road 42 to the Minnesota River, but things start to pick up after that.

Northbound Cedar Avenue is plugged up from County Road 42 to 494. It's better north of 494.

A stall is blocking the left lane on southbound 35E at Cayuga Street. It's 20 minutes from 694 to 94.

Crews are still cleaning up a spill on the ramp from westbound Hwy. 36 to Dale Street. Drivers can expect 20 minutes from Hwy. 61 to Hwy. 280.

Westbound 94 is much improved. It's now only 25 minutes from 694 over to Hwy. 280. That was taking more than an hour earlier this morning.
