MnDOT has downgraded metro area roads from "fair" to "difficult" driving conditions. Plows are out.

Latest incidents include a spinout on westbound Hwy. 36 at Hwy. 61.

A crash on the right shoulder of southbound 35W at Broadway Street. Traffic slow from 694 to downtown.

A crash on westbound 494 at Hwy. 5 in Bloomington.

Westbound 94 is still 1 hour from Manning Avenue over to Riverside Avenue.
