It's after 9 a.m., but you'd never know it by looking at the traffic jam on eastbound 394. Things are barely moving from Hwy. 169 all the way into downtown Minneapolis.

If you are thinking of using the HOT lane, one commuter says the rate is $8 today. The general lanes are making for a 27-minute drive from 494 to 94.

Things are tight all over the metro area. Bumper to bumper on westbound 94 from Manning Avenue to downtown Minneapolis. That drive is still right at an hour.

Look out for a crash on northbound 35W at 66th Street in Richfield.

Southbound 494 is at a near standstill from Bass Lake Road past a scene of a two-vehicle crash in the left lane at Hwy 55.
