9:05 a.m. update: Back to normal on Hwy. 36

Traffic levels on westbound Hwy. 36 have loosened and that's making for a normal drive from 35E to 35W. Plan on 10 minutes there.

Traffic levels on westbound Hwy. 36 have loosened and that's making for a normal drive from 35E to 35W. Plan on 10 minutes there.

A crash on the right shoulder of eastbound 394 slows traffic at Hopkins Crossroad. Plan on 15 minutes to get to downtown Minneapolis.

Northbound 35W is heavy from 46th Street to downtown Minneapolis.

Look for traffic to snarl on 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100 on the westbound side. That is 15 minutes.
