I received an interesting product pitch today from the folks at SafetyTat, who make a line of temporary, customizable tattoos that you put on your kids. You can write their allergies on the tattoos, so they don't eat the wrong things on field trips or sleepovers, or their phone numbers, in case they ever get lost and need help.

The idea apparently came from a panicked mom in Baltimore who felt overmatched with three kids at an amusement park on a Labor Day weekend and who hastily wrote her cell phone number on their arms.

Of course, my mind immediately raced by those practical uses to other reminders I could tattoo on my kids while they are on group or school outings. Off the top of my head:

  1. Don't touch that.
    1. Don't eat that.
      1. Say thank you.
        1. Well, it's your money ...
          1. It's just a scrape.
            1. Where is your jacket?
              1. Pizza is not a vegetable.
                1. Check your other pocket.

What do you think of SafetyTats for your kids? And what quirky things would you put on your kids instead of a phone number? Have a little fun and reply in the comments.
