A stall in the right lane is clogging up traffic on eastbound 694. Look for the disabled vehicle at East River Road. The jam up begins at Brooklyn Blvd.

It's very thick on westbound Hwy. 610 from Hwy. 10 over to Hwy. 252. It's also stacking up on eastbound 94 from the Lowry Hill Tunnel to 35W. That is 7 minutes.

Eastbound 94 is tight from McKnight Road to downtown St. Paul. That is 15 minutes. Ahead, another 22 to reach downtown Minneapolis.

Southbound Hwy. 169 is ugly from County 81 to Hwy. 55. That is 24 minutes.

Westbound Hwy. 36 is jammed from Dale Street to 35W. That is 12 minutes.

No better on southbound 35W where it's 28 minutes from 95th Avenue to downtown Minneapolis.

In the south metro, prepare for a very slow crawl on the Crosstown in both directions from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 169. That is 20 minutes.

It is the same story on 494, with the slowest traffic on the westbound side.

FILE -- A rent deposit slot at an apartment complex in Tucker, Ga., on July 21, 2020. As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
