Traffic on northbound Cedar Avenue is jammed due to a crash on the bridge just before Old Shakopee Road. Delays begin at the south end of the Minnesota River Bridge.
Look for a wreck on northbound 35E at Lone Oak Road. The right shoulder is blocked.
On southbound 94, two crashes are tangling traffic at Dowling Avenue and 47th Avenue.
