A rollover crash on northbound 35W at Cliff Road is adding to the congestion that has traffic at a standstill.

A rollover crash on northbound 35W at Cliff Road is adding to the congestion that has traffic at a standstill.

In Woodbury, a semi can't make it up the ramp from westbound 94 to southbound 494. The ramp is closed.

A water main break has the right lane of northbound Hwy. 100 at Cedar Lake Road shut down. The ramp to Cedar Lake also is closed.
