The rush hour has not been too bad with only a handful of crashes and stalls. A couple that are currently causing havoc are:

A stall on the right shoulder of eastbound 94 just outside the east end of the Lowry Hill Tunnel.

A crash on the right shoulder of southbound Hwy. 280 approaching Hennepin Avenue.

On the ramp from southbound 35E to westbound I-94 in St. Paul.
