A crash on westbound 94 at 1st Avenue in downtown Minneapolis has traffic backed up to near Hwy. 280. Plan on 25 minutes from downtown St. Paul to reach the Lowry Hill Tunnel.
Look for a brief delay on southbound 494 from 94 to Bass Lake Road. There is word of a crash at Bass Lake.
Crosstown drivers are in for big delays in both directions from 28th Avenue to Hwy. 100. That is at least 20 minutes and rising.
Southbound 169 is plugged from 77th Avenue down to Bass Lake Road in Brooklyn Park.
Westbound 494 drivers will see brake lights approaching the Wakota Bridge in Newport/South St. Paul.
Southbound 35W and westbound Hwy. 36 are plagued with delays and heavy traffic. Plan on an extra 10 minutes on both those routes.
