8 a.m. update: Current drive times

Problems and delays are few and far between, and that's making for a pleasant commute for most of the metro.

The exception includes northbound Hwy. 52 from Hwy. 55 past a crash at 113th Street in Inver Grove Heights and northbound I-35W from County Road 42 past a crash at 110th Street.

Both directions of I-694 have off-and-on again slow downs, but nothing that will make you late for work. Look for pockets of sluggish traffic on I-494 through the Bloomington area between Hwy. 100 and Cedar Avenue.

Southbound 35W from 95th Avenue to downtown Minneapolis: 16 minutes

Southbound 35E from County 96 to I-94: 14 minutes.

Westbound 694 from 35E to Hwy. 252: 11 minutes. Eastbound is 13 minutes.

West metro

Eastbound 94 from Hwy. 101 to 494: 17 minutes

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 11 minutes

Eastbound 394 from 494 to 35W via 94: 9 minutes

Southbound Hwy. 100 from I-94 to Crosstown: 14 minutes

South metro

Northbound 35W from County 42 to Crosstown: 12 minutes To downtown Minneapolis: 21 minutes.

Northbound Cedar Avenue from 35E to the Crosstown: 11 minutes

Northbound 35E from County 42 to downtown St. Paul: 19 minutes

Eastbound Hwy. 212 from Dell Road to Crosstown: 8 minutes

Westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100: 10 minutes. Eastbound 494 from Hwy. 169 to 35W: 7 minutes

Westbound Crosstown from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 169: 8 minutes Eastbound Crosstown from Hwy. 100 to Cedar Avenue: 7 minutes

East metro
