8 a.m. update: Current drive times

Our trouble spots are few and far between, but you will find them on southbound 35E between County Road E2 and Little Canada Road. That's due to road work and a crash on the split at 35E and 694.

Southbound Hwy. 65 remains crammed due to a reconfigured work zone. New lane restrictions went into effect this morning at Hwy. 10 with the highway reduced to a single land at 93rd Avenue in Blaine. That's got traffic jammed to 117th Avenue.

Eastbound 494 plugs up at West Bush Lake Road. The State Patrol is working to clear a left-lane blocking crash at Xerxes Avenue.

Southbound 35W from 95th Avenue to downtown Minneapolis: 24 minutes

Southbound 35E from County J to I-94: 16 minutes.

Westbound 694 from 35E to Hwy. 252: 11 minutes. Eastbound is 10 minutes.

West metro

Eastbound 94 from Crow River to 494: 14 minutes

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 11 minutes

Eastbound 394 from 494 to 35W via 94: 9 minutes

Southbound Hwy. 100 from I-94 to Crosstown: 13 minutes

South metro

Northbound 35W from County 42 to downtown Minneapolis: 20 minutes.

Northbound Cedar Avenue from 35E to the Crosstown: 11 minutes

Northbound 35E from County 42 to downtown St. Paul: 18 minutes

Eastbound Hwy. 212 from Dell Road to Crosstown: 11 minutes

Westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100: 10 minutes. Eastbound 494 from Hwy. 169 to 35W: 8 minutes
