8 a.m. update: Crawling on 494 in Plymouth

The rain and wet roads are not letting up on southbound 494 in Plymouth. The freeway remains packed from the Fish Lake interchange down to Hwy. 55. Plan on 15 minutes there.

The rain and wet roads are not letting up on southbound 494 in Plymouth. The freeway remains packed from the Fish Lake interchange down to Hwy. 55. Plan on 15 minutes there.

A crash on westbound 94 at Lexington is now on the right shoulder and all lanes are open. Things tighetn up at Western Avenue. Westbound 94 also is jammed from Johnson Pkwy. over to I-35E.

You will find a small delay on southbound 35E as crews work to pull a truck out of the mud at County Road J. Ahead, things move fine all the way into downtown St. Paul.
