The big trouble spot is on the eastbound Crosstown at Bloomington Avenue. A crash is blocking the right lane. Traffic is backed up to Portland Avenue.

Elsewhere, things are moving well thanks in part to lower than normal traffic volumes.

Look for a vehicle off to the right shoulder on northbound Cedar Avenue north of Hwy. 13. And for Highway Helper and MnDOT crews rendering assistance to a motorist on northbound 169 at Medicine Lake Road.
