The crawl is on for drivers on I-94 heading into both Minneapolis and St. Paul.

In Minneapolis, the line up on eastbound 94 begins at Broadway and the tight conditions persist over to Hwy. 280. That is 18 minutes.

In St. Paul, things jam up at County Road 19 and remain heavy to downtown St. Paul. That drive is taking up to 30 minutes.

The Crosstown is absolutely horrible with 30 minutes needed for westbound drivers from 28th Avenue over to Hwy. 169. Eastbound isn't much better with 20 minutes needed from the drive from Hwy. 169 to Cedar Avenue.
