The State Patrol is responding to a fender bender on the left shoulder of westbound 94 just before Mounds Blvd. That is causing a few people to slow down and take a look. Plan on 20 minutes to reach 35W.
Eastbound 694 slows at Zane Avenue in Brooklyn Park. That largely due to the construction that is in place between Hwy. 252 and University Avenue. It's two lanes through there. Westbound commuters will find only delays of a couple minutes through the area.
