In both the north and south metro, drivers on 35W are spending extra time in the car this morning.

In both the north and south metro, drivers on 35W are spending extra time in the car this morning.

It's 30 minutes from Burnsville Split to downtown Minneapolis. Northbound Cedar Avenue isn't moving much better.

It's 35 minutes from Lake Drive to downtown Minneapolis.

Elsewhere, a stall is blocking the left turn lane from northbound Hwy. 61 to County Road 96 in White Bear Lake.

A Highway Helper vehicle just pushed a helpless motorist out of the traffic lanes on southbound 35E at Hwy. 36. Things are unusually heavy from County Road J to County 96 and again from Roselawn Avenue to downtown St. Paul.
