An earlier stall at 28th Street has cleared, but the drive into downtown Minneapolis on northbound 35W is still a tad slow. Plan on 15 minutes from Crosstown to downtown.

The biggest delay of the morning is on northbound Cedar Avenue. The left lane is blocked at Cliff Road with a crash. It's slow coming up from County Road 42.

Look for a couple crashes to slow things down on southbound 35W. One is at County Road 96, the other is at University Avenue.

Lots of brake lights on westbound 94 from Riverside Avenue to the Lowry Hill Tunnel. Problems on 394 west earlier this morning are to blame.

Look for a stall on westbound 494 at Hwy. 100 as the reason for some congestion in Bloomington.

As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
