As we wind down the rush hour, a few routes are improving. But we still have lots of areas where things continue to be congested.

The drive on 94 between Minneapolis and St. Paul is looking better. Southbound Hwy. 169 has loosened up a bit, too.

Tough routes include:

Southbound Hwy. 100 from 94 to 394

Southbound 494 from Bass Lake Road to 394.

Westbound Hwy. 36 from 35E to Hwy. 280.

Southbound 94 from 694 to the Lowry Hill Tunnel.

Southbound 35W from Hwy. 10 to County Road E2.
