We wind up the morning rush hour with mostly clear roads. One incident is still working. That is a vehicle that is in the ditch on the ramp from eastbound Hwy. 36 to eastbound 694.

Cedar Avenue is still heavy from County Road 42 to the Minnesota River due to an earlier crash at Old Shakopee Road.

You'll encounter a pocket of slow traffic on westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100 and southbound 35W from County H to 694.

One other slow spot is on northbound 35W from County Road 42 to the Minnesota River.
