Southbound drivers are slowing to navigate around a crash in the right lane on southbound 35W just before Washington Avenue. The stack up begins at Hennepin Avenue.

Traffic is tied up on westbound Hwy. 110 from Marywood Lane to Delaware Avenue due to a traffic light malfunction.
