8:50 a.m. update: Trouble at the tunnel

A fender bender on the west end of the Lowry Hill Tunnel is making for a difficult drive for motorist on eastbound 94. Traffic is stacked up to 7th Street. There also is a stall on the right shoulder at Broadway.

A fender bender on the west end of the Lowry Hill Tunnel is making for a difficult drive for motorist on eastbound 94. Traffic is stacked up to 7th Street. There also is a stall on the right shoulder at Broadway.

The incident at the tunnel also is impacting traffic on eastbound 394. Things slow at Wirth Pkwy.
