Minnesota Valley Transit says local service is delayed by up to 5 minutes. Express routes are running mostly on time as extra buses were put on routes to fill in, said spokeswoman Robin Selvig.

Some later express trips could be delayed up to 10 minutes. There have been no missed trips today, she said.

Southwest Transit is running its regular schedule, but some express routes are delayed due to slow conditions on the highways.
