8:50 a.m. update: Sluggish on 94 in downtown Minneapolis

The State Patrol continues to handle a crash on the right shoulder on westbound 94 just outside the west end of the Lowry Hill Tunnel. That has traffic stacked up to near Hiawatha Avenue. Plan on 10 minutes to get over to 394.

The State Patrol continues to handle a crash on the right shoulder on westbound 94 just outside the west end of the Lowry Hill Tunnel. That has traffic stacked up to near Hiawatha Avenue. Plan on 10 minutes to get over to 394.

Southbound 35W is still jammed from 66th St. to 76th St. where a crash is off to the right shoulder.
