The ramp from westbound 494 to southbound Hwy. 61 in Newport is back open. Authorities shut it down briefly to clear a crash.

A dump truck pulling a trailer is fully engulfed on southbound 35E south of Main Street. The right lane is blocked. So far, commuters are passing by without much of a delay.

Northbound Hwy. 100 is moving fairly well considering we have a three-vehicle fender bender on the right shoulder at Excelsior Blvd.

In Lakeville, it's still a nightmare from County 2 in Elko up to County 46 due to the road work. The freeway is one lane in each direction for the next couple of weeks. Plan on 30 minutes to make that trip.
