Traffic is plugged up on the ramp from westbound 94 at 11th Street in downtown Minneapolis. That is leading to a nice line of traffic on southbound 35W from 4th Street to 94.

The toughest drive is on westbound 94 from White Bear Avenue to Hwy. 280. That's been heavy all morning. Looks like 25 to 25 minutes.

A stall is off to the right shoulder on northbound Hwy. 169 at Hwy. 55. That's not having much of an impact on traffic.

You'll need 18 minutes heading west on 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 169.
