Traffic lights are in flash mode on the ramp from eastbound 494 to Penn Avenue. That's creating a ramp jam and slowing traffic on 494.

Traffic lights are in flash mode on the ramp from eastbound 494 to Penn Avenue. That's creating a ramp jam and slowing traffic on 494.

Traffic signals are also out on Hiawatha Avenue at 26th St. and 32nd St.

Westbound 494 is slow from Cedar Avenue over to Hwy. 100. Give yourself 15 minutes to get through there.

Other heavy spots include northbound 169 from Anderson Lake Pkwy. up to 494.

Westbound 94 slows at Cedar Avenue over to Portland Avenue. That's an extra 5 minutes.

Elsewhere, things are back to normal.
