8:50 a.m. update: No relief for Cedar Avenue

A stall is tangling traffic at the Crosstown on Cedar Avenue; still an hour on 94 west from Woodbury to Minneapolis.

February 5, 2013 at 11:36AM

Cedar Avenue northbound has been tough all morning with delays reaching 45 minutes from County 42 all the way up to the Crosstown. The delay is now down to 34 minutes, but look for a stall on the right shoulder at the Crosstown slowing things once again.

Crosstown remains plugged in both directions. A crash at France Avenue has cleared but things remain heavy from 169 to 28th Avenue in both directions.

A new crash has the right shoulder blocked on eastbound Hwy. 212 at Audubon Road.

The drive on southbound 169 and Hwy. 100 from 94 to Crosstown is still more than 45 minutes.

The drive on westbound 94 is nearly an hour from Manning Avenue to downtown Minneapolis. Look for a left-lane blocking crash at County Road 13 in Woodbury.
