Into the latter portions of the rush, a little rain is falling. It's just enough to slow traffic in parts of the metro.

The effects of an earlier crash is what is slowing traffic on southbound Hwy. 169 from 94 to Hwy.7. That is taking 20 to 25 minutes at present.

Some commuters might have opted for 494. Southbound 494 is heavier than usual for this time of the morning. Plan on 15 minutes from 94 to 394.

Look out for debris on the road on westbound 94 near Hwy. 61 coming into St. Paul. Aside from that, it is actually a nice drive from 694 to 35E.
