Drivers coming into downtown Minneapolis on westbound 94 will encounter congestion from Portland Avenue over to the Lowry Hill Tunnel.

Drivers coming into downtown Minneapolis on westbound 94 will encounter congestion from Portland Avenue over to the Lowry Hill Tunnel.

Watch for a stalled vehicle on the left shoulder at Groveland Avenue. There's debris in the left and center lanes at the Hennepin/Lyndale Avenue exit.
