Southbound 35E is crawling along just as it has all morning ever since a stalled truck blocked a lane for more than a half hour earlier this morning. A crash at Wheelock Pkwy. also added to the mess during the 7 a.m. hour.
Things just have not shaken loose and at present, it's bumper to bumper from 694 to Roselawn and very heavy from Hwy. 36 to I-94.
In Minneapolis, look for a fresh crash on northbound 35W at the I-94 interchange.
In Edina, it's a stall on northbound Hwy. 169 at Lincoln Drive. It's on the right shoulder.
Look for a stalled truck on the right shoulder on northbound 35W at 85th Street. and a crash ahead at the I-494 interchange.
